
Join us for the annual Scurry County Back to School Bash! Weβre providing free school supplies, clothing, food, community resources, and more to help local students take a step forward into the school year.
District Served include: Snyder ISD, Hermleigh ISD, Ira ISD, Borden County ISD, Snyder Christian School and Scurry County Homeschool. One application per child.
Qualifications: Scurry County Resident and attend one of the above districts.

π We need help setting up, preparing, running the event, and tearing down the event.
π Volunteer t-shirts available for $20 (additional fee for plus size). Photo is below.

Key volunteer times:
- Setup: July 23β25, 9:30 AM β 4:00 PM at WTC Coliseum. Come & go as you can.
- Day-of: July 26 shifts are 8:00β10:30 AM or 10:30 AMβ1:00 PM. You can do one shift or work both shifts!
- Teardown: July 26, 12:30β2:00 PM
- Clothing Sort & Pre-Event Prep: Times vary - Contact us if you would like to help with pre-event prep.
Volunteers must be registered prior to July 11 in order to serve at the event.
